Dehydrated Garlic Granules (Granulated Garlic)
Elysium Agri exports dehydrated garlic granules (granulated garlic) from Indian garlic, sieved to the mesh size you specify, from coarse 8–16 mesh to fine 40–80 mesh. Granules are free-flowing, strongly flavoured and tested for pungency, microbiology and pesticides.
Granulated garlic is the workhorse of seasoning blends, rubs and snack coatings: it disperses evenly, cakes less than powder and gives a slight texture.

Garlic Granules Price: What Sets It
Dehydrated garlic is priced per kilo or per metric tonne FOB. China supplies most of the world's dehydrated garlic, so Chinese prices and Indian fresh-garlic prices both matter.
- Fresh garlic price: Mandsaur and Neemuch prices swing sharply by grade and season.
- Cut and grade: fine, tightly sieved granules cost more.
- China: China supplies over half the world's dehydrated garlic and sets the benchmark.
- Micro grade: steam-sterilised low-micro lots cost more.
- Energy and freight: drying costs and container rates.
Prices move with the crop and the market, so we quote on the day. Tell us your grade, quantity and port for a current FOB, CFR or CIF price.
Tested, Certified and Traceable
Low-micro lots are steam-sterilised; we never use ethylene oxide.
- Indian garlic bulbs split, peeled and sliced
- Milling, sieving, sortex and magnets / metal detection
- Lot tests: moisture, ash, micro, pesticides
- Packing in lined cartons or bags and export documents

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are garlic granules?
Garlic granules (granulated garlic) are dehydrated garlic milled into small, free-flowing particles, usually 8–80 US mesh. They are coarser than garlic powder and disperse evenly in seasonings.
What is the difference between garlic granules and garlic powder?
Granules are coarser (about 0.2–2 mm) and flow freely; powder is fine (80–100 mesh) and dissolves into foods. Granules are less likely to cake in humid conditions.
What is the specification of garlic granules for export?
Typically the specified mesh (e.g. 26–40), moisture ≤ 6%, total ash ≤ 5%, acid-insoluble ash ≤ 0.5%, volatile organic sulphur compounds ≥ 0.3%, plate count ≤ 10⁵ cfu/g and Salmonella absent in 25 g.
What is the HS code for garlic granules?
Indian exporters use HS 0712 90 20 for dehydrated garlic; some file granules under 0712 90 90. Confirm with your customs broker.
Does Indian dehydrated garlic face EU border checks?
No. Dried garlic is not listed for increased checks under Regulation (EU) 2019/1793. It must still meet EU pesticide and contaminant limits.
Who exports garlic granules from India?
Elysium Agri Corporation, based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, exports garlic granules from Indian garlic in 8–80 mesh grades, tested for pungency, micro and pesticides.
