Corn Flour (Maize Flour / Makki Atta)
Elysium Agri supplies corn flour milled from Indian yellow maize: whole-grain maize flour (makki atta) for flatbreads and traditional cooking, and degermed maize flour for snacks, bakery and batters.
India exported about 22,000 tonnes of maize flour worth US$ 10 million in 2025, mainly to Korea, Malaysia and Thailand, plus retail makki atta for South Asian stores in the USA. Indian maize flour is made from non-GMO maize.
