Ordering and Samples
What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually one 20 ft container per product; mixed containers of several products are possible. Smaller trial orders can be discussed.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We send samples of most products.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours on working days, with the specification sheet.
Can I combine products in one container?
Yes. Each product is packed and labelled separately, with its own documents.
Do you offer private label?
Yes, for peanut butter, spices, pulses, roasted chana and more. See Private Label.
Quality and Testing
Do you test every lot?
Yes. Each lot is tested at an NABL-accredited lab to your specification before shipment.
Can I use my own inspection agency?
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own surveyor can inspect at loading.
What if the goods don't match the specification?
We compare the destination test with our pre-shipment result and retained sample, and resolve it under the contract terms.
Do your products meet EU rules?
We test to EU limits for EU buyers, including aflatoxin, pesticide residues and ethylene oxide, and provide the official certificates the EU requires for groundnuts, spices and sesame.
Shipping and Lead Times
Which ports do you ship from?
Mundra, Kandla (Deendayal) and Pipavav in Gujarat.
What is your lead time?
Typically 2–3 weeks from confirmed order and payment terms to loading, depending on product and season.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB, CFR and CIF; other terms on request.
How much fits in one container?
It depends on the product: from about 6 MT of onion flakes to 26 MT of pulses in a 20 ft container. Use our Container Load Calculator.
Payment Terms
What payment terms do you accept?
Advance telegraphic transfer (TT), part advance with balance against documents, cash against documents (CAD) and irrevocable letters of credit (LC) at sight.
Which currency do you invoice in?
US dollars as standard; euros or other currencies on request.
How do I know your bank details are genuine?
Our bank details never change by email. Confirm by phone before paying; see Verify Elysium.
Documents
Which documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Analysis, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin, plus fumigation, health or export certificates where required.
Can you provide a preferential certificate of origin?
Yes, where a trade agreement applies and the product qualifies.
How are original documents sent?
Scans first, then originals by courier or through the bank under CAD or LC.
