EXPORT TO CENTRAL ASIA AND RUSSIA • FROM GUJARAT, INDIA

Indian Agro Commodities for Central Asia and Russia

Spices, oilseeds, pulses and feed ingredients, documented for your customs system.

Elysium Agri Corporation exports agro commodities from Jamnagar, Gujarat to buyers across Central Asia and Russia. Every lot is tested at an NABL-accredited lab and loaded at Mundra, Kandla or Pipavav.

Most of these markets are landlocked, so cargo moves by sea and then rail, and routing is confirmed with each quote. Several belong to the Eurasian Economic Union, where an EAC declaration of conformity is needed before clearance.

Other Markets We Serve in Central Asia and Russia

Russia

Russia applies EAEU technical regulations. Most foods need an EAC declaration of conformity under TR CU 021/2011, filed by an EAEU-registered importer, with Russian labelling. Plant products need a phytosanitary certificate. Novorossiysk is the main gateway for cargo from India. Any product in our range can be quoted, and terms and payment routes are agreed case by case within applicable regulations.

Belarus

Belarus is an EAEU member, so the same EAC declaration of conformity, Russian labelling and phytosanitary certificate apply. The country is landlocked. Cargo from India is routed through Russian ports such as St Petersburg, or through Vladivostok and by container train to Minsk. Routing is confirmed with each quote, and terms and payment routes are agreed case by case within applicable regulations.

Turkmenistan

The State Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspectorate tests imported food, and certificates carry a Russian-language product description. The import contract is registered with the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange before arrival. The usual route, by sea to Bandar Abbas and rail through Sarakhs, is disrupted at present. Routing is confirmed per quote, and terms and payment routes are agreed case by case within applicable regulations.

Tajikistan

TajikStandard issues the mandatory certificate of conformity for food, and the State Quarantine Agency issues the quarantine certificate for agricultural products. The importer files the sales contract, invoice and certificate of origin. The country is landlocked and no fixed route from India is published. Routing is confirmed with each quote, and terms and payment routes are agreed case by case within applicable regulations.

What Buyers Across the Region Ask For

  • An EAC declaration of conformity in Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus.
  • A phytosanitary certificate with every lot of plant products.
  • Russian as the working language for labels and customs papers.
