Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can you trace a bag back to its source?
Yes. Every bag carries a lot code linked to where the goods were bought, the processing unit, the lab report and the container they shipped in.
What is APEDA Peanut.Net?
Peanut.Net is APEDA's online traceability system for groundnut exports. Registered units create lots, approved labs record sampling and results, and APEDA issues the export certificates through it.
Does the EU Deforestation Regulation apply to your products?
Of our range, only soya (soybean meal) is in scope. From 30 December 2026 EU importers must show the plots where the soybeans were grown and file a due-diligence statement.
Is peanut butter covered by the US FSMA 204 traceability rule?
Yes. Peanut butter and other nut butters are on FDA's Food Traceability List; compliance is required from 20 July 2028.
