Elysium Agri supplies corn grits (maize grits) dry-milled from degermed Indian yellow maize: coarse 101-type grits for brewing, fine 108-type grits for snacks and extrusion, and large flaking grits for cornflakes.
India exported about 92,500 tonnes of maize grits and groats worth US$ 36 million in 2025, mainly to Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Jordan. Indian grits come from non-GMO maize.
