These terms apply to your use of elysiumagrico.com and to quotes and sales by Elysium Agri Corporation, 601, Capital Imperia, opp. Allahabad Bank, Ranjit Sagar Road, Jamnagar, Gujarat 361004, India. Where a signed sales contract or proforma invoice sets different terms, the signed document prevails.

You may use this website to learn about our products and contact us. You must not misuse it, copy its content for commercial use, or attempt to disrupt it.

Product information, specifications, prices, tools (such as the Container Load Calculator, Landed Cost Calculator, HS Code Finder and Crop Calendar) and market data are for general guidance only. They are not an offer and may change without notice.

A contract is formed only when both parties sign the sales contract or proforma invoice.

Contracts may refer to standard trade forms such as FOSFA (oilseeds including groundnuts and sesame), GAFTA (grains, pulses, feed) or ASTA (spices) where agreed.

Delivery terms are interpreted under Incoterms® 2020. Risk passes as defined by the agreed Incoterm.

Our bank details are given only on signed proforma invoices and never change by email. Always confirm by phone before paying.

Claims for goods that have been processed, mixed or stored improperly after arrival cannot be accepted.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, crop failure, government export restrictions or bans, war, strikes, port congestion or shipping disruption. The affected party will notify the other promptly.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under any contract is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit.

These terms and all contracts are governed by the laws of India. Where a contract adopts FOSFA or GAFTA terms, their arbitration rules apply instead.
