Quality You Can Check at Every Step
From the farm gate to the sealed container, every lot is sampled, cleaned, tested and documented to your specification.
The Lot You Approve Is the Lot We Ship
Quality in agro commodities is decided by a few measurable things: moisture, purity, size and count, and the absence of aflatoxin, pesticide residues and pathogens. We check each of them before we buy, after processing and again before loading, and we give you the results.
If you want your own surveyor, such as SGS, at loading, we arrange it.

Six Checks Before Your Container Is Sealed
Source checks
We buy from known growing belts and markets, and check crop year, moisture and visible damage before purchase.
Pre-purchase sampling
Representative samples are tested for key risks, such as aflatoxin in groundnuts, before we commit to a lot.
Cleaning and sorting
Each lot is cleaned, graded and sorted to your specification, removing foreign matter, broken and discoloured kernels before packing.
Lab testing
NABL-accredited testing for the parameters in your specification: aflatoxin, pesticide residues, ethylene oxide, Salmonella and more.
Pre-shipment inspection
Final check of count, moisture, admixture and packing; photos and video shared with you; third-party survey on request.
Container checks
Clean, dry, odour-free containers, kraft liners and desiccants where needed, fumigation as required, seal numbers recorded.

Meeting the Rules of Your Market
The EU applies increased border checks to several Indian products and requires official certificates for some of them. We plan testing and documents around these rules before the goods are packed.
| Product from India | EU check | Frequency at EU border | What we provide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Groundnuts (peanuts) | Aflatoxins | 50% of consignments | Official sampling and Health Certificate via APEDA's Peanut.Net system |
| Sesame seeds | Salmonella; pesticide residues incl. ethylene oxide | 30%; 20% | — |
| Spices (seed spices, turmeric, ginger) | Pesticide residues incl. ethylene oxide | 20% | Health certificate from Spices Board with lab results |
| Cumin seeds | Pesticide residues | 50% | Multi-residue test before shipment |

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does Elysium Agri control quality?
Through six checks: source checks, pre-purchase sampling, cleaning and sorting, NABL-accredited lab testing, pre-shipment inspection and container checks, with results shared with the buyer.
Do you test every lot?
Yes. Every export lot is tested for the parameters in the buyer's specification before shipment, and the Certificate of Analysis is sent with the documents.
Can I appoint my own inspection agency?
Yes. We arrange access for SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own surveyor at loading.
How do you meet EU aflatoxin rules for peanuts?
Groundnuts for the EU are sampled and tested under APEDA's Peanut.Net system by approved labs, and each consignment carries the official Health Certificate the EU requires.
