What Indian Peanuts Need to Enter Vietnam
Peanuts from India are a regulated article in Vietnam, covered by Decision 118/QD-BNN-BVTV of 18 January 2016. Each consignment passes plant quarantine and food-safety inspection on arrival.
- A phytosanitary certificate from India that matches Vietnam's quarantine conditions. You obtain quarantine clearance as the importer.
- An APEDA Certificate of Export with an aflatoxin Certificate of Analysis, required by India for every peanut shipment.
- A fumigation certificate when you ask for one.
- The exporting country must be on Vietnam's approved list under Decree 15/2018. We confirm the current status with your quote.
